NO – THERE WILL BE A RESTRICTION IN THE CMS FOR HOLIDAY LETTING. LONGER TERM RENTALS ARE FINE

Are the BBQ’s electric or gas on the facilities level?

Do we have a permanent rental estimate?

3000mm (3M) FOR MOST TOWER LEVELS. THE SKYHOMES WILL BE 3200mm. NOTE THE RECREATION AREA (LEVEL 4) WILL BE DOUBLE STOREY HEIGHT.

Are the stoves gas or induction? Brand?

What timber are they using on the floors? How wide are the planks?

GODFREY HIRST ALPINE OAK & ESPRESSO TIMBER – WIDTH IS 200mm BUT WILL CONFIRM SPECS FROM MANUFACTURER.

Is there a wine cellar?

YES

Please provide the specs on the wine cellar.

What happens to that space if they do not elect to take the wine cellar?

THERE ARE 4 X WINE CELLARS (4 UNITS) IN THE SKY-HOME UNITS WITH TALL WINE FRIDGES. Skyhome b has TALL WINE FRIDGE AND MUCH SMALLER WINE CELLAR ROOMS IN THE EAST AND NORTH-EAST 3 BED UNITS IN THE UPPER LEVELS TYPE E &TYPE F – (THE UPPER LEVEL UNIT CELLARS COULD BE CONVERTED TO ADDITOINAL PANTRY SPACE. SKY-HOMES – IF THEY DON’T ELECT TO TAKE THE WINE CELLAR, POSSIBLY OPEN AREA). IT WILL BE A VARIATION.

How many shower heads in the master?

AINHEAD AND SHOWER RAIL IN ALL MASTERS. SOME PLANS HAVE DOUBLE RAINHEADS. BEDS 2 AND 3 SHOWER RAIL WITH HANDHELD – SEE SPECIFICATIONS LIST.

How many sinks in the kitchen and butler’s pantry?

GENERALLY 1 SINK IN PANTRY AND 1 SINK IN KITCHEN IN MOST CASES – SKYHOMES HAVE DOUBLE IN THE BUTLERS – SEE SPECIFICATION LIST.

Are the carparks side-by-side or tandem?

MOST CAR PARKS ARE SIDE BY SIDE BUT THERE ARE A SMALL PORTION OF TANDEM CAR PARKS
